Horses

Mariah is a 15.1hh black clydesdale cross mare.
She is a retired foxhunter who is an invaluable school horse teaching the smaller adults and taller more confident children.

Lilac is 12.1hh and grey in color. She is a welsh mountain pony who loves jumping and teaching our more advanced riders.

Pollyanna is one of the most experienced ponies of the school. She is a 11.2hh red roan welsh mountain pony. She has taught countless children to ride, has hunted a couple of seasons and has had a foal.

Alvie is one of our more elder statesmen. He recently joined our team from another riding school where he taught many children to ride. His career began in the show ring but he now teaches our beginner child riders in the roundyard. He is 14hh and grey.

Jamal is a 16hh part arab. He is currently teaching our novice to more advanced riders. Only new to the school he has settled into the routine beautifully and is becoming a much admired horse in the school.

Ella is our beautiful thoroughbred mare who is liver chestnut in color and stands 15hh. She is an accomplished show horse and pony-club mount who now teaches our more experienced riders.

Nutmeg is a welsh mountain pony out of our foundation school pony Lou Lou (Cherrytree Lavender Blue). He is 11.1hh and is wonderful with the novice child rider. He has spent the past eight years at another riding school and we are thrilled to have him back.

Cloudy is a much loved school pony owned by the Lee family. He is a 12.1hh 3rd Generation Australian Pony who has taught his owner and many riding school pupils to ride over his long career.
